this seems pretty straight forward...

We need two new fields in the user table (maybe), one for each (kiss and
messages).

Interface for users to set this - I guess in their profile_edit screen

Change the kiss and message email code to check for these values.
Adding the fields and installing is no problem for me, as long as I know which files things go in to.

Can you make a public post about this and see if someone wants to co-sponser this.

And if noone does then I will go ahead with this when we have 3.2
