You can download the individual update scripts - or we can do the upgrade for you - we have a utility we use that combined all these scripts into one... we do not release this utility - but use it for sites we upgrade.

Note: I am a bit behind on tickets - since we just did a major server upgrade (to a 12 hard drive monster) - but I hope to be caught up with them by the end of the week.
