Ray licences have been removed

After deciding to upgrade to 6.15 which was a waste of time the people that did it put me back to 6.14 but now half my Ray widgets have lost their licence codes? All I get in video player is widget is not registered and when I try chat to someone using the IM option I get user authorisation failed! But on the plus side I have discovered someone in my community who has everything working but he's using Vista - any suggestions to what happening?

ive just upgraded from 6.1.4 to 6.1.5 then to 6.1.6 and have the same problem, Music and Video Players say "widget is not registered" yet on the Ray Control Panel they are Enabled :S

I'm not sure if this will fix your problem but it may be worth a try.

Delete your license in the main.xml of the widgets that are not working. Doing this should cause Ray admin to prompt you to register those widgets again.
