Ray Installation

Hey all,

I have installed the Dolphin/Ray/Orca package, all seems to have uploaded smoothly but I have a few queries with the Ray suite.

I go into the admin panel, and goto plugins, and goto Ray suite. It loads up my widgets (9 in total) all with working licenses.

If I then go into the admin on the music player and create music directories/upload music tracks, this does not apply at all in the front end of dolphin. The music player on the default dolphin installation, is that the same one as you can access via the Ray widgets suite?

I'm confused... Only one of my ray widgets work... the shoutbox on the home page. Am i missing something here?

Hi,

It can be many things, from file / folder permissions, to incorrectly setup RMS settings and so on.

Best thing is to open a ticket with Boonex, and ask them to look at your site, since you purchased the license(s) from them and you can not get it to work correctly.

Maybe someone will have some ideas for you here also - but I would approach it from both fronts.
