Help My site is down

I never had changed anything but suddenly my site has this error..

I tried to access that part in ftp but i can't what happened?

Looks like someone deleted RAY...

/home/surfy1/public_html/ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php

is not found, according to your error messages posted.

They can't handle the load.. and deleted me without notice.. I am moving in a new server? but do you have tips of moving a new one? its my first time?

Yes - RAY is a problem on most shared and virtual private servers (VPS).

Or, if you want to stay on a shared server, don't run Ray and use UserPlane or ChatMySite, which are both hosted services and don't add to server load or bandwidth.

I see in the log that someone looking at this really old thread - so I will update it....

Calpop went to hell... we dropped them a long time ago... totally unrecommended!

Krypt we did use for a while - nice and fast network - but spotty support and a bit expensive.

Rippleweb - also a nice network (for Asia), but we never really got around to using their services, as their configurations just did not match or needs.

We have been with Softlayer for 2+ years now...
