User Authentication failed in RAY

Did anyone find a solution to the following problem? The boonex website shows no solution and just keeps ignoring fokes.

If your're using 5.2 with patch .... I had the same problem. Two nights ago I saw a patch just for the ray authentication failure issue. It's one swf file. That's all it took for me. After uploading the file....ray chat worked on my site. Still slow though.

im using ray chat pro 1.1 and i had so much issues with it so maybe i could help you to solve it.
I had the user authentification fails error in my admin panel and it was because i used a password with non latin characters so try to use a latin set for your admin password and see if it works.
