Wowza problem rzvideo / videolization

I've been trying to get my wowza server to work with the rzvideo (videolization).. no luck at all.
Anyone else having this problem?
I tried changing the file under rzvideo header.inc.php where it says: $sServerApp = "rzvideo"; and I changed it to: $sServerApp = "video";

then when I try to record a video the file does save under the wowza folder /content/video it creates the domain and user file: xxxxx.com_1.flv

but the recorder still says Error Processing Video.

What this leads me to believe is the problem is with the java jar file: rayz.jar

We have used Wowza in the past, and have been disappointed with it.

So it does not surprise me that you are having or had, troubles with it.

Recently, the Wowza people and I had a heated email discussion, where we pretty much told each other to go $^&#$@ themselves... as I was unhappy with the support they were willing to provide, and they were unwilling to budge on their standpoint.

So unless something really changes with Wowza, or has changed with Wowza, I think it is a waste of time.
