Something instead of Ray

I'm not sure this is the right place to post. I'm trying to install the clean version, and plan to use phpbb instead of orca. I'm interested in what is out there for an open source replacement for ray. Any help?

We are an ISP (unlimited users / unlimited domains) host for 123FlashChat, so we often integrate their 123WebMessenger (IM) and 123FlashChat (Chat) into sites, both "CLEAN" based ones and non-"CLEAN" based ones.

It is one option - there are others - but this is what we have settled on for the past 2 years since we first bought our ISP license with them.

I can see how that handles the chat aspect, but what of the other multimedia aspects that you need to be replaced with the "clean" version? What are some of the "other" options?

We usually add in a 3rd party uploader and viewer.... or put stuff in a CDN (http://www.modmysite.com/cdnmysite/)

Neither are trivial.
