Does anyone know if this site is legitimate?

I processed about $8,000 in transactions with them, shipped out all of my items, and never received a penny from them.

Their website is http://www.merchantplanb.com

I was told the funds were frozen and then never heard back from them via email or phone. I've sent tons of emails and left tons of voicemails.

Does anyone have any experience with them?

I've decided to report them to the FBI in my area and they are doing an investigation.

The only person I ever spoke to at the company is someone called Jack Powell that does business under the name FPE based out of Kansas.

Let me know if anyone has any info.

Yes - looks like this person has an issue with MerchantPlanB - and signed up using their name.

Anyways - another person I know was using them - and they too had problems with MerchantPlanB - they sort of disappeared.

I think MerchantPlanB is dead.
