When does the transactions file get updated? What do all these fields mean to a site owner? The fields are follows:
ID
IDMember
gtwTransactionID
Date
Amount
State
Type

The integration between my dating site and the payment processing company isn't functioning after a client makes a payment. The client membership is not getting updated. So I’m depending on the payment processing company to send me emails when a client sign up.

My clients have been complaining that although they make payment for subscription their memberships aren't being updated. They have called my website some scam names. Without those emails how will I know that they have made payment?

Can I therefore use the transactions file for verification process and see how many clients have indeed made payments?

When get the transactions file get updated for that matter?
