    Default Need order completion without payment processing in stores

    Hello,

    Am using Dolphin 7.0.4, no patches, just template changes.

    I need a manual billing mod which completes the order leaving the payment options up to the individual seller after the sale.

    Is this possible? And if so, how soon could it be done and for how much?
