Default [L[Topic subject:]] - how do i resolve this error?

When a user tries to post a new topic to a group, the labels in the New Post form are not right.
I see labels like [L[Topic subject:]], [L[Sticky]] etc.

And how do I manage the settings of allowing only admin users to create sticky posts?

    Default Recompile your language strings.

Go to your admin, Plugins, Orca item and then "Manage Forums" and you will se a recomplie language item. just recomplie and your brackets should disappear.
If at first you don't succeed, go to a forum and ask like hell. (Using Joomla 1.5.18, JomSocial 1.6.12, Fully Customized)

    Dolphin 7.0.3

I am having the same issue, tried rebuilding language for Orca Forum, then clearing cache, and refreshing the page, but to no success

Even tried to rebuild all language files.

    No Luck, any other suggestions?

    Thanks

Did you clear all cache ? Also what permission do you have for layout(./modules/boonex/forum/) folder? The layout should have permission to write.

Thanks - this is resolved for me.

I was compiling the forum language at the wrong place.... still getting familiar with this system.
