Cannot See posts in Groups

Hi

Hoping someone can cast some light on this!!!

I can set-up my groups, but when a visitor clicks on the Groups , the the Category then the chosen group - They can see everything EXCEPT the POSTS!!! to see the post they have to click the tiny 'See all posts' in the right hand side (see pic)

Any help appreciated

This might be the problem of ffmpeg.exe

make sure that it is uploaded completely.
