As I mentioned - if I see, or if they are reported, links like CodyT's, I will delete them. So if you see them - report them. That is the "proper procedure".

If you had links to a pirated version of Windows Vista, how long before the full weight of Microsofts legal department came down on you?

As for me making multiple repeat posts in multiple catagories, I did not do that. I commented on one existing thread, and created a new thead. I think is is important to keep your board users informed of what kind of person CodyT is to do business with. Closing the thread I created is a disservice to all of your users.

Getting cheated is no fun, but to see that guy that stole from you and find out that he has carte blanche to do his thing on another site because the board admin thinks all the cheated people are making a big deal over nothing is real insulting. I repeat, if he stole from you, or cheated you, you may think differently on this subject.

There is enough conversation about CodyT to cover this... we don't need it plastered all over the place.

As far as me mentioning Modmysite on Expertzzz, what would you have me say? I have posted to the threads on Expertzzz and told them CodyT can be found posting here. Expertzzz users want to know where CodyT is peddleing his stolen warez, I pointed them here.

Make a new thread - threads should be for one topic only whenever possible - your question is not related to the CodyT issue.

Sorry to be so "cold" about all of this - but I have been doing this for many many years - and while this is a big deal to you, and has you incensed - it is just another of many similar I have seen in my days.

At some point with the internet (forums) - you need to do what you can do - then move on - a 'cooling down period' is often the best method to rectify problems.

I appreciate the efforts in this and dealing with all that seems to be a waste of time.

First, I sold a mod pack and my own individual mods to those who decided to buy it. They got there mods via email, and they verified that they successfully downloaded them, however they chose to go ahead and be idiots about it and create disputes against me and post crap on here with nothing else, like you said, really contributing some help and effort on here.

They received there files, for those of you who may NOT of, PM me and the order ID and let me know.

I did not scam, I am a busy student who honestly, does not have time to read all of the ranter and threats against me but just briefly skim through them and think to myself "Grow up".

If those of you dont like my listings on Expertzzz as well as my own personal mods, then dont buy them and move on with life. Sound fair?

I have done my part on this forum helping others, not recently, but in general I have. I will be offering more help when more of my time is available.

CodyT, you didnt just sell me a mod. The arraingment we had was you were supposed to install and test it. I paid you, you dropped out of site.

I e mailed you asking when you would finish the work you were paid for, you ignored me inquirys.

I e mailed you annoyed that you had ripped me off, you replied to gloat at how you screwed me and over the supposed hundreds you make doing the same to others.

Dont prtend to be a wounded lamb, its far from the truth.

I ignored AmatuerOasis's original question in this thread about file uploads as it was totally unrelated to the real topic, CodyT.

Now that you have replied to it - the thread has new life, and is off topic.

It is great you answered, but not great that this thread has new life after almost 2.5 months of being quiet.

I will add that AmatuerOasis should do some searches on ModMySite for things like "memory_limit" and "timeout" - and then close this thread to future posts.
