Dolphin License Discussion

I'm purchasing a customized commercial solution and integrating it with open source software after it is up and running. And to fully clarify my answer, I'm sticking with "I'm having trouble keeping its existence to myself".

But two impressive products that you might consider are

If I did not want to customize the membership management module, payment processor, and IM/chat software, then I might have gone with one of those two companies.

I will be posting a series of software comparison articles on my blog next week but I am not going to publicize the actual software I use because I do not want to open myself up to security risks.

I am not trying to promote them as I believe their support is the most horrible on the web, but hey you be the judge of it go to Vastal.com and check out their demo, let me know what you think, they have Video & MP3 upload, as well as a horrible control panel, but it is fast, and that is on shared hosting as mine was.... I just have yet to see a "fast" dolphin site no matter what version it has been or how much it is modded or fixed, and just can't imagine it having the scalability to run more than a few dozen users at once without being so slow dedicated server or not....

thesocialrave.com is another site that is based on BZ, one of the members of my forum which is also on a shared server
