Default For Sale: BustingHim.com Boonex Dolphin 7.0 TurnKey Site

    About The Site:

BustingHim.com is a unique niche site geared towards men and women who are into, or curious about Ball Busting (Hitting or getting hit in the nads- OUCH lol). We started BustingHim about 2 years ago, seeing that it was a small enough market that we could easily compete in, but large enough to get a following and build our members.

The site is strong enough and unique enough to compete with well established ball busting sites, such as Kramtoad.com. We have put much work and effort into building and branding our site.

To date, we have 2056 REAL members. There are 2066 members, however we created about 10 to get the site started in the very beginning. We do not ever buy fake profiles. All of our members were created by real people who are into ballbusting.

    Some of the site stats:
    • Approx 2 to 10 new users join daily.
    • At any given moment we have 2 to 12 people on line simultaneously.
    • We currently have 185 ballbusting videos loaded by members and admins
    • There are currently 128 open discussions
    • We offer free and paid memberships
    • Currently paid members are $3.99 for lifetime (to gain access to videos and messaging)
    • We currently profit about $20 - $30 each month on memberships
    • You can change the price of memberships (however, we noted that when increasing membership fees, the number of new "paid" members greatly decreases
    • Currently we are using Black Label ppc ads. They do not pay that well, but we do collect a check each quarter.

Known Issues with the site (Other than known Boonex Dolphin issues:
    • Upon upgrading from Dolphin 6.4 to 7.0 there was a malfunction with Avatars, whereas a few members avatars were on the wrong profiles. We have cleaned up much of that, but there may be a few lingering. This can easily be fixed by deleting the incorrect avatar from the avatar table.
    • Also when migrating the videos from 7.0 to build (1), videos did not migrate successfully. Therefore we uploaded all of the videos under the admin account and posted a notice to users. This was several months ago and there have been no complaints from users regarding the photos or video issue.

    Why we are selling:
We are selling BustingHim.com AS IS. We are wishing to break out ties with the site 100%. This is because, over the last several years we have established ourselves as a respectable company. We have made the decision to "unload" any existing sites of ours, that contain adult content. It does not represent our image today.

    The Process:

We will remove our email and contact information from the admin area, and we will set up a generic admin user and password to make the transition easy to facilitate. You may change the admin user/password as you wish. We will also remove all advertisements that are currently displayed. However, if you wish, we will provide you with the two companies that we were working with for our ads. You may set up a new account with them if you wish to display similar ads.

You will need your own hosting to transfer the site and all of its files to. We are currently making room on our dedicated server for our business needs, therefore we can not host it for you. Please do ensure that your host provider meets the requirements to run Dolphin. Transferring the site should be very easy if you are using Cpanel. You can easily import the site account. However, migrating the site is up to you. We will assist from our end, but we are not in a position to assist you on your new server.

Currently BustingHim.com takes up almost 5 Gigs of storage. Ensure that your server has enough room to grow, as our users load videos and media.

The domain name: BustingHim.com is included in the sale. The domain was purchased from hfwdomains.com. They have a nice domain admin area where it is very simple to make DNS changes. We will have hfwdomains create a new account for you and we will push the domain into your account. This is a free service. The domain is set to expire on 9/5/2010. The domain renew fee at hfwdomains is $10.99/year, and you will be responsible to renew the domain each year. You may also transfer the domain name to any registrar you wish. If your registrar asses transfer fees, we are not responsible for these fees.

    Marketing:

We have never marketed this site. Members (amazingly) find this site on their own. 30,000 - 60,000 page views per month with NO Marketing. If you have the time and effort to invest in a little marketing, this site has potential to become much larger.

    Selling Price:

We are asking $1,200 for the site, and full rights to use all of the affiliated site content. This is a very reasonable fee for an established site that currently has a live member area. With very little effort, you will get all of your money back in member fees and advertising.

    Make us a reasonable offer.

Paypal only (no checks, or money orders, etc)

Finally, if you have a specific question, just pvt message me here. I will be happy to answer any questions you have, or provide more details.

What happens with the Dolphin License? Some of the recent statements over at Boonex make it appear that they wont accept license transfers. (Trying to save you some legal headache and possibly anyone else misinterpret what they actually get)

Not my cup of tea but a interesting read!

Thank you for pointing that out.

What is for sale: The site and all of it's content.

What is not for sale: The server, and the license

The compromise? We will allow the purchaser to continue on using our license number for as long as possible, as a courtesy. We can not sell the license, but we CAN let you continue to use our license without violating Boonex regulations.

The license we have is a full license that was offered for FREE to us from Boonex. We can not sell it. However you the purchaser of the site can use it until Boonex decides to cancel it (When Boonex offered all of it's members a free full license, there was a stipulation in there that they had the right to take it away at any time. That was about 2 years ago, and therefore I do not believe they will take it away at all).

So, what do you do if the Full license becomes invalid? Easy, you can purchase a full license from Boonex OR you can get a free license from boonex (Free license displays boonex ads).

I hope that clears things up just a bit?

Seller how does your sale make sense?

It basicially seems as if you want someone to pay you to build your site and visitor count, they are paying you to build you up....

If they have to purchase their own license then what do they need with you?

Your sale seems illogical and your post seems to be in the wrong section since the content stems from the software which in your case requires a license

They can build their own site with a free or their own paid license and just eliminate a sale with you all together
