Thread: Real Estate Template Needed

Hi all,

I am new to the modmysite community and have found much useful and practical info for my Dolphin sites here. I appreciate forums like this so much as I modify my sites.

I am looking for a real estate template, something you would use for a real estate portal directory, wherein you have user submitted listings. Does anyone know where I might find one? I am completely open to paying someone for a good, clean design.

Also, will be looking for search mods that are suitable for a property listing search. Again, open to paid mods, so please suggest any and all of merit you may know of!

This we can help you with, if you can't find one - but, doing templates work (that look different from standard Dolphin templates) are a pain and time consuming.

However, if you want to modify an existing template for this need - that is not very difficult.

Usually, you need to ask SELLERs and BUYERs different questions on JOIN, and show different fields in PROFILE EDIT and PROFILE VIEW. You also may want to control what SELLERS and BUYERs can do (different things) on the site.

We have several mods that can help with this, including JOIN_TYPE.
