Virtual Gifts MOD gifts not showing on profile view

hey guys,
i bought this site recently and it came with the points and virtual gift mod..
the problem im having is that when a member sends a gift the member gets an email but when they log in it show 'no new gifts" under the section the says new mail, new greening, new friends... the gifts one never updates..

the other issue is that the gift shows when the member clicks on recived gifts but it does not show under profile view as a block..

can some one help... i tryed to contact dolphinmods but since im not the original owner of the site he was not able to help me...
i dont want to buy it since its already installed..
