Thread: Need help with getting to Admin panel!

Hello all,

When I try to access the admin panel from my browser, I keep getting this error msg:

Warning: main(/mnt/web_f/d17/s16/b024fb02/inc/config_design_dlt.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /mnt/web_f/d17/s16/b024fb02/www/inc/header.inc.php on line 90

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/mnt/web_f/d17/s16/b024fb02/inc/config_design_dlt.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/nf/lib/php') in /mnt/web_f/d17/s16/b024fb02/www/inc/header.inc.php on line 90

I've tried emptying the header.inc.php file and re-installing but it's not working and the files are there.

Any ideas!

about what I can do to solve this problem? Is it a permissions issue?

Check out your config_design_dlt by making a backup of it
and replace it with the standard one from the eadating zip file.

if its header.inc maybe you did not install the software on the right way?
check out header.inc for spaces or after the ?> if there are, delete it

ru sure you gived permissions to the INC folder: CHMOD 777 ?

I think i know the problem,

Do you have updated to any Quickmod ?

I did a fresh install and re-checked my permissions and it worked - Thanks!

I do have another question for you though. I've unzipped and uploaded Imagemagick to my host, what else should I be doing, what are my next steps to make it work. I found the install directions somewhat confusing!

if you install the AEdating script you can see if imagemagic is installed, it says;
Path to convert binary, /usr/local/bin/convert, found
Path to mogrify binary, /usr/local/bin/mogrify, found

most of the time your hosting installs it for you. Just contact them and say you want imagemagic to be installed.
otherwise unzip it in the /usr/local/bin/ dir.
