Thread: Fatal Error and Builders not working

I have two problems

Problem 1:

One is that there is a fatal error when simply trying to access my site. It says:

Fatal error: Class 'BxDolMediaQuery' not found in /home/content/t/i/g/tigergurl445/html/inc/classes/BxDolMedia.php on line 27

It was working fine, then all of the sudden, after one member created an account, the error message happened and I have no idea what's wrong with it.

Line 27 in BxDolMedia.php looks like this:
$this -> oMediaQuery = new BxDolMediaQuery();

Problem 2:

When trying to access my builders, they don't load correctly. This is what it looks like:


There is just a long list of the features in link form preceding the page like that.

I don't know how to fix this either
