Thread: Profile type - the language part

while attempting to make options for profile type and gender from lower case to proper case and to achieve this i modified database entries wherever they appear there and it made the whole site a mess, many things just vanished so changed everything back but now the profile types are prefixed with a _ and i am just lost cannot figure out how to fix the issue; any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
