when approving users i always get members using hidden contact info so i will delete the info and then approve them and then using the send user a message option send them a note telling them profiles are manually checked and approved etc and any contact info is automatically removed

but i dont like keep copying and pasting the message i send in the box

how can i make it so the message automatically is in that box and if i need to just press send

and if i dont need to send them that note just approve them
