Thread: Polls and flags

I want on the homepage you can see more polls instead of 2, is possible?. I would also like to know if some members can be reported with a Flag so as to make such verified, is possible?

I think you can add additional polls to the home page, by duplicating the block, and perhaps doing some coding changes to make sure that the same poll is not shown twice.

As for the verified user modification - many ways to do that, from the simple (just an admin [x] on profile edit in admin) to providing a way for people to upload files to assist with the verification.

You could also automate (or semi-automate) this, by using some online services and have them tie into your site... it depends on what "verified" means on your site...

Well - this is rather easy... as you can add a new field to Profiles, call it "verified" or as you wish - and have it show on their profile view.

You can also use this "flag" (or marker as you called it), to show an image on the search_results and profile view pages so people can easily see who has been "verified".
