    Exclamation Losing profiles

    Hi, I'm running Dolphin 6.0.0005, since last week I'm losing profiles.

    I'm sure that is not the database pruning because it's set to a high value (9999) and lost profiles are the newest ones.

    When I recieve the confirmation mail, I go to the admin panel to activate the profile and it's gone.

    Any ideas?

    Did you check the profiles table directly for the missing profile(s)?

    Also, did you do a join, and see if the join is 100% successful?

    Can this happen to 6.1.4 release? And what is database pruning?

    You were right. I realized that the problem was the hosting, they change my site to another server, so I had 2 versions of my site running. When I logged in from the office to approve profiles I was entering the old version of the site (because the DNS server didn't refresh the address)
