Thread: profile home page doesn't exist

hello

i just installed correctly the dolphin community on my "test" site.
everything works correctly except from one important detail:

if i create a test profile, and then i click on it , the homepage of the profile is not existent.

for example: mysite.com/profile returns a blank page.

is something wrong with the settings?
can anyone please help?

Hi,

Fixes are:

1) enable mod_rewrite on your server
2) check that the .htaccess supplied by dolphin with the mod_rewrite code is intact - in your public_html folder

or

3) turn off "friendly permalinks" in the administration panel.

Search ModMySite for "mod_rewrite" for more threads on this.
