We have a dating site where a profile photo is required. When a user place a photo the status changed in "Aproval" Is ther a possebilaty that the status changed to Aproval when a user delted his/her primary photo?

Yes - find the delete photo code for thumbnail - and when they delete it, simply update their profile.

UPDATE Profiles SET Status = 'approval' WHERE ID = '$ID' LIMIT 1

Or, use the "make primary from thumbnail" option - and I think there is a bug you can use to your advantage - where they can not delete their thumbnail if this is on. Check your aedating / dolphin version.
