I've never heard about such a problem and your information are a little less ?!
What 5.6 version do you use ?
Have you made changes in your files ?
Are all contact information in your inc/header.inc.php file correct ?

As you can see, yoy get a red box within this message:''Report about spam failed to sent''

In 5.6.5 I can point you to the code you should troubleshoot:

Other emails do go out (like when a new user signs up they get an email).
Any ideas?
