Thread: Guest Counter & HOSTING

I was wondering if anybody knew how I could go about installing a counter, to keep track of the traffic to my site?

ALSO, I was looking through the posts here, & I found a link thru a post that took me to a page that did comparisons on hosting packages with different companys....Does anybody know what I'm talking about??

I think you could install a counter using some code or javascript from the web very easly...

Just put in the Banners in admin (the code), at the bottom of the page, and if it is the only bottom banner - it will always show.

If this is not acceptable - then you simply add that code to your default template for index.php (#1), and the system wide footer template (assuming you are using v4.0 or greater).

If I understand you guys....why not us WebLog or Awstats? Free and easy.
Not the greatest in the world but works well.
