Thread: Security Image Does Not Show

New version new problems.

I have decided to install the new version but have endless problems like you all know. The security image to begin does not show. Is there a way to remove it completely or to fix the problem. Any pointer here?

1) Does your host (server) support ImageMagick?

2) Are the paths in your header.inc.php correct for the image processing functions?

$MOGRIFY
$CONVERT
$COMPOSITE

3) Did you set the permissions on the tmp and simg directories?

Of course, #1 is the most important. If you don't know, ask your host.

Yip, it was all installed and attribs set. I am running the previous version with no problems at all. I have waited to see what the outcome of version 4 will be, but looks like I'll have to wait for ages before all the problems is sorted out. Well I've installed it and now i just have to make a success of it.

Will have to search for the problem. Cant be something serious.

I have installed v4.01 several times now - and the security image works....

I don't think this is a bug.
