But when I see things like (from the other site's thread, directed as someone who uploaded porn to some guys site)

"If you don't have an attorney, I'd suggest you hire one soon. You're going to need one."

I really just about die laughing, as it is such a lame thing to say about such a minor infraction.

Wow - someone uploaded some porn... delete it. I delete porn every day from the forums on ModMySite.

Really, if you don't like what someone does, ban their IP.... and move on with life.
