Thread: Finding someone to hire

I recently installed Dolphin 7 with the hopes to create a social networking site for fighters, however I cant figure out how to make the changes I want. The changes I desire are really not too involved (adding and deleting menu options, adding a theme and basically just changing navigating options), but I still need to find someone that can do it for me. Anyone interested?
