    Can you use the application only once? Can any 1 person only have one site registered on your RMS?

    Yes - that is the idea... it is a free service... so one account per person seems reasonable.

    i tried to signup and it wont let me i entered http://camcebu.com and it wont take it and i submitted a ticket

    It indicates that on the signup form (not to do that)
