You may have heard/read, that due to a conflict we had on the BoonEx Unity forums with a moderator there who objected to us offering FREE RMS HOSTING (as he himself, sells RMS hosting), we were forced to re-evaluate if we were to continue to offer our FREE RMS HOSTING.

Well, it seems BoonEx has agreed with us, and removed this persons moderator status from their forums, and for all intensive purposes, apologized to ModMySite, saying we were wrongly treated. I will not go into it more than that. If you want to know more, you can find threads on the ModMySite.Com forum or on BoonEx.Com's forums.

After considering the situation, and in response to our favorable outcome with BoonEx, and by popular demand, we have decided to continue our RMS Hosting for Dolphin 7.

But with one major change. It will be 100% Free! With no paid plans available .

All domains will be hosted on a shared RMS instance, with a java memory allocation of 512MB/1024MB and large amount of disc space.

The RMS instance will be backed up hourly using our R1Soft Continuous Data Protection® system.

We are working on an automated sign-up page/system, where you can add your domain name yourself, reply to a confirmation email, and have instant setup.

This will be completed in upcoming days, and this page updated, when it is ready for use.

We will first do this for Dolphin 7 RMS, then after that is "live", we will look into a Dolphin 6 RMS with the same auto-sign / confirmation / instant setup method. So those of you needing Dolphin 6 RMS hosting, don't loose hope.

The auto sign up page for the free ray media server (dolphin 7) will be up in a day or two.... we have the script done (the auto sign up script) but need to put some finishing touches on a couple things... day or two.

Currently, we are only offering RMS for Dolphin 7.x

However, shortly, we hope to also offer it for Dolphin 6.x
