We are compiling a collection of peoples thoughts on the current state of BoonEx and Dolphin 7.
The comments will be edited to protect your privacy.
If you would like to add your comments to this list, please send an email to support@modmysite.com and include your honest opinion of the current state of things.
Some of the things we have identified, which you may or may not agree with, or perhaps you have additional topics to raise are:
Dolphin 7, Ray, and Ray Media Server, are bloated, buggy, and slow.
The way in which Dolphin 7 is programmed makes it difficult to easily maintain the code.
The Dophhin 7 licenses, and the Ray Applet licenses, are over priced.
Bugs reported to BoonEx about Dolphin take many days to be addressed, if even addressed at all.
The lack of real support from BoonEx in the forums, or elsewhere, for their product and services, is appalling.
Or, maybe you are happy, and wish to express that!
