I recently talked to someone on the phone about this - forget who it was - they wanted to be able to import users contact lists from MSN. You may be familar with Hi5 - that does this.

The person I spoke to was using "curl" to do this.

I have another method, perhaps a bit more professional, to do this, using a IM gateway server.

The basic idea is that you try to get your users to give you their MSN username and MSN password (which I would never do, but lots of people will do, if you ask them!), and you grab their contact list from their MSN messanger account - and send out invites.

You may have better results with getting help from others with this if you upload the script here as an attachment.

emirius - I know youre probably tripping out on the first part of this thread. You see, someone responded to me who was removed from the board so his response was deleted ... so It looks like Im talking to myself - which I do often anyways but... well you get the point

Do you have the manual for this? The readme file is empty.
Some install instructions would be nice.

There are some in each individual folder but they are not very helpful.
