He has sent atleast 20private messages and has even cheated me of 50 USd. without sending me anything. please do try to verify and stop these kind of people if not for the long run this might give a negative impression to others. If he is genuine ask him to send the link to you and then i will send my payment details to you thus i think it would be fare enough .

if not a policty of exchange should be put forward in this forum which can always be moderated like Itunes or anyother site like this for digital downloads..

This is one of the most asinine posts I have seen inn a long time.

Sorry, this is between you and him/her/it.

And don't think any policy applies or ever will apply for protecting you... as you are, I assume, trying to buy WAREZ from him.

If you are buying commercial mods from him, and he is not the developer, what BOTH of you are doing IS WRONG!

Why are you also not worried about the money that has been cheated from the actual developers?

I don't think you can expect any kind of protection or sympathy if this is the case.

The whole exchange activity going on in this forum area is tolerated in view of free speech. But I am quickly tiring of it.

FREE MOD EXCHANGE is supposed to be for people who would like to share mods, that they developed, and have rights too, with others.

DeeEmm's offerings are a perfect example of what is forum section on ModMySite is "supposed to be".

Mods he developed, that he is giving away for free.

I am a couple of clicks away from deleting all the posts related to this kind of "sharing" activity, since it seems to attract a crowd who tend to contribute nothing, but expect everything.
