Thread: Lost Ray Licences

Since I've had this issue with a site upgrade at least half of my Ray modules won't work. It seems that the licenses have been removed, I can see this if I go into my Boonex account where I can see all my licences. How do I get them back so I can use the modules again???

Ray and Dolphin now use the same single license if your running 6.1.5.
Enter your dolphin license in to each ray module.

Thanks for reply but soon as trouble was spotted with the upgrade the company who did put it back to 6.1.4! One of the annoying ones not working is the video player.
