Thread: Integrating third-party mailer with Dolphin v6.1

Hello there. I am new at this, so please be kind. Having run into the usual problems with Dolphin's mass mailer, I have decided to go with an external product and have installed POMMO. POMMO and DOLPHIN share the same database. How do I format email addresses under POMMO so that the emails land into the recipients' community site mailboxes. Is this level of integration possible?

Hi,

Yes - it is possible. If you are a programmer, you can modify the POMMO code to directly insert into the messages table.... or you can run a cron job to do this after the fact.

If you are not a programmer, then you can hire us, or some other programmer, to do this task for you. It is perhaps a couple of hours of work with testing.
