Thread: Blog Bug or me?

Okay just installed 6.0003 ....

in 6.0002 I created Blogs categories and was able to change the category icons (instead of just the plain folder)

in 6.0003 when you go to do the same thing, it changes all of them to the last image you uploaded.

Anyone ?

It is not just you. I have this problem as well. I have also not been able to find a way to sort/organize the blog categories. I would like to have them listed alphabetically, but they are just listed in the order they are created.

So far I haven't found a real solution to either problem. All I can do is delete them all and put them in the order I want, and to use the same icon for all of them. Not much of a fix, but it will have to do.

If it were just me having to do it I could handle the headache, but I cringe at the thought of every member doing this on their own. It would be much better if there was a global set of blog categories that were applied to every blog, rather than leaving everyone to create their own. Any mod for this?

One other problem I noticed with blogs is that if you add an image, then click edit, there is no option to delete the image.

Normally this would involve the addition of, or a change of, the ORDER BY in the SQL statement for the blog listing.
