Ya, I have the same error when uploading even the smallest video file. I've tried mpeg, avi and a few more. I keep getting this error though. I tried searching for the part of the script that says what file extensions can be used, but to no avail.
I have increased the upload size limit, but this just timed out, so I set it at 20 megs. Any ideas on how/why this is occuring?
I can't seem to control the world yet...so weird!
Dolphin 6.0.2
where did you increase the upload limit? php.ini or in the admin control panel?
I did the Ray Control Panel and in there's a spot in the main admin panel in advanced settings...I think.

changed file sizes in admin having the same error for music and video's
check your php.ini settings - there is a file size and file time upload limit there that can restrict you. make a phpinfo.php file (search modmysite for instructions on this) and check your hosts settings.

Update
for anybody wanting to find ur php.ini file heres what i done...
Asked my host where the php.ini file was (path)
downloaded penguinet http://www.siliconcircus.com/penguinet/download.php
connect to your IP using this program (it looks like ftp)
go to path as told by host,
download file, edit file, upload and replace file. seems too easy!
oops and you need to restart apache, (learning that now)
update
You can restart apache through your root WHM > Restart Services > HTTPD (Web Server)
update
and after all that it still dont work!
"Error! File Not Found"
update
and the answer was here:
Video Player Bug...

Actually - if you are running a recent WHM - you can edit the php.ini file directly in WHM.
