Thread: moved 6.1.3 installation: mp3 player no longer works

hi there,

I moved a dolphin installation (i didn't do the original installation, and i'm a bit new to the software) to a new server and now when i click to listen to an mp3, the flash mp3 player keeps showing the 'loading' animation without playing the mp3. Strangely, the mp3 player that loads automatically when loading a profile works fine. The mp3 player looks to be a ray module, i'm not sure if this is a plugin or if it came with the original installation.

Could this be some sort of permissions problem?

I have the same problem with the chat application. Also, the help article videos such as the article titled 'Uploading A Profile Photo To Your Account' will not play. They show the following:
