Thread: Confirmation code error

Hey peeps I've posted this like 4 days ago on gpldate forum, and I'm still waiting an answer, so I'm trying my luck here:

I just did a fresh install of gpldate rev 135 on a new site and on creating my first profile I got this error message:

REPLACE INTO `email_conf_code` SET `ID_PROFILES` = 1 , `Code` = 697224

On my second attempt I got a similar result again:

REPLACE INTO `email_conf_code` SET `ID_PROFILES` = 2 , `Code` = 845356

The configuration code came up without issue, I entered it correctly, accepted the tos and the above was the result. I can see and access and alter both profiles from admin without issue. How do I fix this please?

Just got an error report email:

Error in substr(/soul/join_form.php, 0, (strlen(/soul/join_form.php) -
@strlen())): Table 'mysite_gpldate.email_conf_code' doesn't exist

Ok cool, so what are the steps to inserting an email_conf_code table please?

Don't know if you saw this thread at GPLDate or not:

I had similar problems with the email_conf_code table and went back to the original code from Boonex. I didn't ever get an answer why this was causing troubles, though it was probably something on the way my server was configured.

See if the info there helps, if not, you may have to just go backwards with your configuration.
