I asked about it a few weeks ago and they are still working on correcting the problem at Boonex. Don't know if they will have a free patch for just that or if it will only be information on how to correct it when they do find what is causing the porblem.

We deal with this from the time on various customers sites.

In some cases, on some servers, it is necessary to change the way the mysql input is parsed to deal with slashes - and multiple slashes being added to profile fields.

If you dont get the fix you are waiting for - we (modmysite) can fix it for you.

Rather then running around without knowing what to do, could you by any chance tell me how you accomplished this.
