I am sorry I have no idea where to look to find that. I won't even know what I am looking at. Someone uploaded the site for me as a package deal on ebay and I am clueless. They sent me elsewhere for support...haha or lack thereof..

OK. Dolphin (last i remember) does not come with the zipcode files. you need to get them and load them into your database. . . it' can't be done via your phpMyAdmin because the file is very large and it will timeout.
You need to load it via SSH or a program like DUMP. It is not difficult to do.
Boonex sells the zip files . . . and you can probably get them for free if you ask around. I may even have a copy somewhere in my archives.

You can download the USA (and Canada and UK) zip codes here:

But I still think this thread is worth looking at and considering if you will be a world-wide site:

Update on my SSH progress. My webhost, AN Hosting says that even though I bought their "all-inclusive Mega Plan"...SSH is not included. So I paid for a year with a host I now hate.
Of course my unhappiness starts with Dolphin's developers or whoever for not including the zip code files in the first place. Yet, they so proudly advertise it and suck you in with the promise of this feature. I CANNOT go live until the feature works.
This seems to be so ridiculously simple yet so ridiculously red-taped like an act of congress.
I hope smoge gets my PM and tells me whether or not this can be done in my cpanel without SSH. I am at a loss otherwise and VERY frustrated with this.
You asked to cancel the zip code load in your PM - but in this post, you said otherwise... so I am a bit confused.
Anyways - I have refunded your payment.
You can try to load them through phpmyadmin - it may work - but we don't usually do it this way... or split up the sql file for insert. I may have a split sql file on one of my archive DVDs.
