You should have received an email with the db error to the email you specified during setup for "Bug Report".
Please check that email and post it's contents here.

I saw that during installation dolphin do not see path to php binary on the server, maybe this is the problem.
When I want to see information about php in cpanel I get this message:

This is not normally a problem - unless you are running on some sub-standard host.
