Thread: instant messenger not working

I have been searching the forum for an answer but could not find one. I have dolphin 5.6, and when I am trying to instant message someone, a blank popup screen comes up. Any idea why this might be happening?

Click on the blank pop up page and see where the url is pointing.

Is it the correct place? (ie: yoursite.com/ray/. . )

The reason I ask, is that I do my installs in a sub directory and then I step all of the files out into the root (for test and backup reasons)

Once, when I had forgotten to change the ray/inc/header.inc file to point to the root folder. It was still pointing to playtime/ray/. . .

MY IM doesn't even open up in the window.. I click the link and ...... NOTHING.. (dolfin 5.4)..

any ideas?
What are the interactions here? it just has the java(null) flag when i mouseover the link...

Mine stays black for a while then loads its a long delay is there ay to shorten the delay??

mine dont open either same as above click link and nothing (d 5.6)

What I did is I deleted the IM folder for 5.6 and replaced it with the 5.5 folder and is working great !!!!!!

my im page is pointing to a subfolder I recently changed

IE:
.com/xxx is now .com/zzz so how can i change it with out having to reload sql and lose my data?

I've looked in all the folders and cant see how



reinstalled!!!!!!!!!!!
as i totally fluffed it up!!!!!! but now get white window come up that turns grey with

invalid parameters

when pressin im link! so still no closer to the truth lol!

sorted sub folder im problem but now it comes up invalid parameters can ne1 help or has ne1 got im 5.5 they want to pass on to me?
