Check this out Iam using the 5.5 Im with the 5.6 because it was not working. And I currently making a second community site and I installed the 5.6 and I tested the IM and Chat. And guess what they work! hhmmm How come I did not work with the first installation maybe settings??So maybe try reinstalling it again.
Yes - this has been a problem with ray - inconsistent results.
It is very frustrating.
We are thinking of assigning Ray v3.x to one of our part-time codes - to try to "help" BoonEx with some of these issues.
