Default Private password not being saved

    Smoge,

When a member creates a picture and assigns a private password to it it does not appear in mySQL it also does not appear when a member requests the password and another user grants him the password. i.e. (I use the dlt template). My Friends-->Private Photos Passwords: in the first column (Requests to other members' private photos: 4) The members name is listed, those that have provided a password should have the password visible next to their name. Right? Guess what a blank appears. My guess is that this is connected to the fact that it does not get saved in my SQL.

I have the same problem for ae3 version 4.1.2

Found the problem. Double entry in the database. Eliminated it and all is well.

    Hi,

I know Uandus wanted us to look at this on his site - I need to get back in touch with him and see where this problem stands with him... I was in Hong Kong the last several days.

Anyways - such a bug would be covered in the bug fixing forums, and if we have the chance to fix it - we will post the results... unless someone else would like to post the fix here beforehand.

    Smoge,

I think this is exactly where the problem is. There is a double entry in mySQL. As a result people are getting password they did not request and the people that requested the password are not getting it.

    see separate thread below.

    Private photo-MySQL question

i found the following error in the private password table

More than one INDEX key was created for column `IDFrom`

    and also

"PRIMARY" must be the name of and only of a primary key!

    +++

    You sugested I delete IDFrom_2

    IDFrom INDEX 104 IDFrom
    IDFrom_2 INDEX 314 IDFrom IDTo

Not exactky sure how to do this. MySQL is something I am totally afraid of touching. I assume all I have to is click on the red X and that will do it? right?

What happens if I delete one of them, will the old private passwords that were granted dissapear?

    Thanks,
