sorry - I don't use RAY - we usually use IM2YOU.

What exactly is this problem?

So ray chat loads - but even though I was logged in - it asks me for my username (no password)

Then Ray Chat says "User Authentication" - and sits there... I waited a couple of minutes... then quit.

We are not aeWebWorks/BoonEx - but a seperate community. Thus, Ray problems are not really our responsibility. But, if someone here has had the time to trouble shoot this - then I think they will post the answer for you.

Another option is that you hire ModMySite to look into this for you - we are available to do this. If you need this - send me a PM and we can make arrangements.

We don't use RAY - we use IM2YOU, our own chat/im application - so we focus our work on that. We feel that RAY is not a good choice for a chat/im application as it is not really "part of" the site - it runs in it's own window. IM2YOU runs "on top of" aedating/dolphin - and is thus "part of the site".
