Thread: compose.php Not showing all Tools v5.5

I downloaded v5.5 and have it installed and running. I thought when I first sent a message it showed all the text formatting tools.

I just went to compose a new message and the tools are all gone. I have not modified the compose page. Any Ideas whats going on?

Well I downloaded v5.5 from modmysite this time, and did a fresh install with Smoges copy and this feature now works.
